Any advice would be appreciated. My Pit Bull/Mastiff pup had what looked like a couple of bumps on his leg and body. It's been a week now and the bumps on his legs have become hard and clustered. The hair is gone in this area. I am concerned because I am not sure if it is something I should be concerned with. Tank is my baby, and I don't want to risk taking any chances. I made him a vet appointment for tomorrow, but was wondering if I could get some insight from anyone who has experienced this before.

I'm glad youre' going to vet, bcause obviously it is best to get it checked out with the vet.
This looks like some sort of allergic reaction.
also here's a useful article: "Many dogs and cats have lumps and bumps, and not all of these masses are malignant (cancerous) tumors. In fact, most tumors are benign (not cancer). So if you find a lump while petting your dog, or your vet finds one during a physical exam, don't just monitor it."
It could be a skin disease. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Glad you're going to the vet.
What it turned out to be? Skin allergy? What diid vet say?
What did it turn out to be? My daughter just found those same lumps on her 3 year old lab.
Did anyone ever figure out what this is? My little Rottweiler Baby just popped up with lots of little bumps everywhere and she is pretty itchy! I say baby she is 10 months old and weighs 80 lbs...
I have the same issue with my pit & he breaks out in the fall each year. Guessing environmental allergy but this year its really bad & c
our dog has this on her face and do not recall this on her before she was groomed last Thursday. What did the vet say?
