Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Steps:
- Cook and stir all ingredients over medium heat until butter is melted.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes until corn is tender.
