A glass of chocolate shake.Just add all 5 simple ingredients to a blender and it's done! Great healthy treat and also makes a healthy and fast breakfast on the run!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Optional: vanilla or almond extract if desired. 1 TB sugar or sugar substitute if you want it sweeter

Steps:

  1. Add milk, avocado, flax and cocoa powder into blender along with cut up frozen banana.
  2. Blending the chocolate shake.
     
    Adding ingredients to the blender.
     
    A scoop of chocolate powder.

    A cut up banana.
     
  3. Briefly mix and serve for a great fast and healthy breakfast or just a delicious treat!
