Using only healthy ingredients, this easy (and keto friendly) recipe is a perfect and easy snack for the whole family! Just melt, mix, cool and ENJOY!

Yield: 8-10 pieces of candy
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 oz dark chocolate (at least 85% dark. I used 100%)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon (ceylon is healthiest)
- 8 drops liquid Stevia or your favorite sweetener

Steps:
- Place chocolate and coconut oil into a dish and microwave for 30 seconds, three to four times until totally melted. Stir.

- Add the cinnamon, stevia and ground walnuts. Mix.

- Spoon into a silicone candy mold or ice cube tray and place in freezer 5 minutes to harden.

- Keep in refridge until you eat them all, which won't be long!! Delish!
