Healthy, delicious muffins that have so many variations to them. I will write the recipe as written. Some people replaced all or part of the flour with whole wheat flour. Some added 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Others added nuts, raisins, craisins, berries, apples or bananas. You can have a different muffin every time!
