To make a healthy tuna salad sandwich add 1 can of tuna, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp of light cream cheese instead of mayo. Then put it on your favorite low fat or wheat bread.

SS Sheray I found your Healthy recipe for a Tuna Sandwich not so healthy. Why would one add salt to canned tuna? Have you read the labels on canned tuna? Perhaps you canned your own...without salt? No onion, celery, pickles, egg or olives?
