My circuit turns off when I plug in the heater. The rest of the house is fine.

The heater is overloading the circuit it is on. Either unplug something on the same circuit, get a heater that is less powerful or upgrade the circuit
The heater is using more electricity than the electric outlet can provide without catching on fire. Unplug anything before you use the heater and keep it on the low setting.
I suggest finding a smaller heater. It sounds like this one draws too much power for your system and that can be dangerous.
Safety first!
You've got too much power going into that one socket. Unplug other items or move the heater altogether.
If you have too much current going into other devices you will trip a breaker. there is not enough output for your heater to be added to that line.
