Heating Frozen Previously Baked Pies?

After you take your frozen already baked pie from the freezer, at what temperature do you warm it and for how long? And if you don't bake it first, at what temp and for how long do you bake a frozen pie?

If it was store bought the directions are on the box. If not, I would let it completely thaw before warming it or baking it. I would warm it one piece at a time as it was cut in a microwave, as if it was not eaten in one sitting it could dry out. If not baked, let it thaw them back for that pie--most fruit pies are around 350 for 45 minutes.

I defrost already baked goods a day in advance. Unbaked goods can be baked frozen but they will need 30-45 minutes extra
