Heavenly Hot Chocolate Mix

Heavenly Hot Chocolate Mix Who doesn't like hot chocolate? Especially on a cold winter day! Now let me tell you, that this 4 ingredient recipe, is the easiest, simplest, delicious homemade hot chocolate ever!

Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl combine all 4 ingredients. Mix the ingredients in with a spoon thoroughly.
Then place your mix in a airtight container. Enjoy!
For 1 serving place 1/3 cup of the mix in a mug, then add 3/4 cup of boiling water (or if you are like me, you can switch out the water for milk). Enjoy!

I love hot chocolate and a do it yourself mix sounds fun! Without all the preservatives I imagine it's healthier too.

I will have to try this.:) I'm assuming you mix this with boiling water, how much mix do you use for 1 cup?

I'm sorry for the confusion as to how much of the mix you use. After I posted it I realized I had forgotten to put how much of it you use! So, here it is: For 1 serving place 1/3 cup of the mix in a mug, then add 3/4 cup of boiling water ( or if your like me, you can switch out the water for milk). Enjoy!
