Looks a bit like a DanDee Collection, or a Boyd's Bunny. Knowing if it has any jointed appendages would help immensely. As of now though I'd guess Dan Dee Collectors Bunny.
No jointed appendages. Just a stuffed animal. I know there's a logo on the tag that has a globe with the letters inside it.
I know that area and there are no stuffed toy factories there. Maybe the distributor is from there.
