So, I found this weird patch of eggs on my screen for the bedroom window? Does anyone know what they are?

Get yourself a bottle of insecticidal soap. It will smother the eggs and keep them from hatching.
These are hawk moth eggs. Perfectly harmless. Please don't destroy anything in our insect kingdom -- nature is so interdependent, and becoming more fragile every year.
While I agree they may be moth eggs (if so, leave those alone) if they have black centers they could be stink bugs or squash bugs.
Stink bugs are a nuisance and where I am have no known predators. They can be messy and smell when squished. Generally I leave them alone, but the eggs of these I will remove.
Squash bugs can wreck havoc in your garden, so if you are gardening, you may want to get rid of those also.
There is a very fine line for me, which makes me feel somewhat hypocritical...I usually kill nothing (even spiders and ants go outside unless there is an infestation that can cause harm to us)...the other two things where I may dispose of the eggs are when it is insects that can cause harm to my dog or my garden. My dog tends to try to eat (yes, he is a boy and eats bugs) so stink bugs have to go since they will upset his stomach. Also the squash bugs can ruin a garden quickly...and that is not good.
