I am disable and a senior citizen. My income is fixed and there is not enough money for repairs. How can I get help with repairs? Sewage spills over into neighbor's yard. The kitchen counter top is rotten and infested with bugs. Most of the drawers are broken and missing. The floor is uneven and many tiles are missing.

You do not say where you are so it is difficult to offer very much advice.
You also do not say if you are renting, buying or own your home and any of this would make a difference.
Have you tried senior services in your area? or your church?
Maybe they can offer advise on who to see if you are eligible for assistance.
Cybergrannie is right. We don't have enough information. If you are renting, then you shouldn't even be there and the house/apt. should be torn down.
