It is hard to find just a part for an older machine. You can try eBay. You may also look up to see if the same blade is compatible with different models, and look for those machines at thrift stores and garage sales. For a nominal price, you can have a second machine for parts.
Hitachi HB B101 Bread Machine has been around awhile and I imagine you must really like it.
Parts are probably scarce but there may be other blades that would fit if you can find a dealer with a "book".
Have you tried Sears parts division?
They seem to have more parts for everything than anyone else.
