I am looking to find resources for getting help with home repairs for a family member. She is a single mom trying her best to raise 3 children. She doesn't have the money to get repairs to her house and yard done. Her house is actually not safe. Both entry ways are not totally stable. She needs window, door, siding, and roof repairs. Also, she needs backhoe work in the yard to clean up multiple brush piles to make it less snakey. Any help with leads to organizations, companies, charities, etc. is much appreciated.

There are several government agencies that have help for low income families. HUD is one of them and they normally have an office in all major cities.
You can try asking help from your local church in the area or even making a few fundraiser to help her raise the money to do this. Ask for help from other family members if they are willing to help out with a fundraiser to get the extra cash needed for the home repairs. Even family members will jump in and help out with the work and even donate a few supplies to help out.
I would contact HUD.org. When you get on the site, click on your state.
She can apply to see if she's eligible for a grant

Max of $7,500 grant (needs to be repaid if home is sold within 3 years)
Could try to post on Craigslist. Some teens would like to help clean up backyards (nothing major) for inexpensive. My sister's neighborhood a teen boy would offer mowing and leaves, weeds removal for a low cost.
