So my friend and I got a home perm she put the perm in my hair wrong. She put only the curling lotion in my hair and now my hair is coming out. I've washed it out with shampoo and I am keeping conditioner in it, but honestly I am really scared.

This is very bad and it can cause hair loos and you to go bald in a few places. Normally when this happens it is best to seek professional advice from a hair care specialist. They may have some products you can use to stop the hair loss and breaking of your hair. In the end you may need to cut your hair very shot in order to stop the damage.
aside from seeking professional help, you can try soething to put in your hair to counteract the effect of the chemicals which are currently breaking down your hair
if the perm mixture was alkaline/basic in nature (IE pH above 7) a vinegar rinse to your hair might help counteract the damage
if the perm mixture was acidic (IE pH below 7) do a milk of magnesia rinse. Or a very very very diluted bleach mix - like one tablespoon bleach to a gallon of water.
