I'm a 35 yr old disabled mom of 3 kids. 2 of my daughters live with me. I have low income and get monthly checks. Is there any way I can get help with my house, it needs to be leveled? I own my house, but I can't get a loan on my home due to not enough income. I live in San Antonio Texas. I would appreciate it if anyone has information on where to look and can let me know. There are government agencies that help low income families, however, they are often difficult to find. A very easy online search for "home repair low income family" produced many responses. You can try a search yourself and this very helpful federal government site:

I noticed you gave texas help numbers out is there any help with home repairs etc? I'm a disable mom with 2 kids at home still and my house is paid for but it's needs repairs done and I have no money to do them.
