if it is minor repairs (handyman repairs) you may get faster results if you ask for help through a local agency in your area or maybe a local church.

Sometimes you can Google low income resident needs help with ???? repairs with your zip code and several local agencies may show up that you can apply to.
I do not believe that Habitat will do repairs to a condo (or mobile home) but it would not hurt to ask. There is probably a Habitat office near you.

Sometimes - especially with minor repairs - you may have to try and find a local handy-man that will work a couple of hours off and on and perhaps you could try and budget this into your monthly expenses.
