Home Repair Help for the Low Income Senior Citizen?

I have a small leak I think it is the hot water tank and need my small hallway painted. I am on Social Security.
I need help. Any suggestions?

Check with your local churches to see if they offer help for the disabled. Many do.

You mentioned your income but you didn't say if you were unable to paint. This sounds like a quick fix but the church tip is a good one. If not, you don't qualify for assistance for something this small.

I would have your landlord (if you rent) fix the leak. Or, put towels under it and see if it is the HWH. If not, go from there.
