My grandmother has just given me her house. Everything is paid for and everything is in my name, but the house is in rough shape. Is there anyway I can get help to fix it up for me and my family because I don't have the money to do it.

You could try HUD.org or Habitat for Humanity.
You don't mention where you are located or if you have any disabilities, are working etc.
For every situation there are different suggestions and I don't want to have you waste your time going down a road where you will get a big NO WAY to any ask!
If you can give a little more info, I may be able to point you in the right direction.
Generally speaking, you can ask for help from churches, Lions Clubs, Kiwanis Clubs and such, but all have criteria for who they will help and when they will help. You can also set up a Go Fund Me and ask your friends and social media contacts for help. In the right situations, this can be quite helpful.
