Apple cider vinegar gummies are all the rage for health these days. Unfortunately, a month supply that comes in the form of one bottle costs about $20. You can make your own at home for a mere fraction of that. These gummies are awesome for keeping your gut in check and keeping you from always being hungry. I chew on one in the morning with a glass of water.
You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. My husband likes his a bit sweeter so I add 2 packets of Stevia in his batch. I used a silicone mold to make my gummies. You could also pour it into a pan, set it in the fridge, then cut into cubes.

Great recipe, Atossa. I have taken a shop of apple cider vinegar in the morning before but I prefer lemon water. But I love gummies so I may have to try these. :)
Great idea. I will have to try this.
These are good. I also made some Jigglers by the recipe on the Strawberry Jell-o box. I cut the recipe in half.
The vinegar gummies are good but when I put the two together, they are scrumptious.
Thanks for the recipe.
Looks like a great recipe, and I will try it! Just wondering if anyone has tried this with sugarfree Jello powder-- maybe there is potential for creating these in different flavours?
It should be just fine. Any type of gelatin should work. I've even seen recipes using agar agar, for a vegan option.
I made the vinegar gummies and Jell-o Jigglers and layered the two. The first time I did this, they did not stick together. The second time I did it, I let the vinegar gummies congeal first then I poured the lemon/lime Jell-o over it while it was still warm.
Shake your finished batch in powdered sugar/stevia so individual gummies won't stick together while they are stored.
I have interest in making this recipe. I don't have any silicone molds. Would you know what size I should cut the cubes when using a pan?
