Is there a way to make fabric paint out of other paints?

Yes, you can purchase a bottle of mix in that changes the acrylic paints (such as folk art etc) into fabric paint that can be washed, etc.
There is a special add in that you can add to craft paints to make them fabric paints. Look for it where craft paints are sold.
