For filling, mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
For dough, beat eggs and add salt and flour. Mix well and put on a floured board. Roll very thin. Cut dough into 2 inch squares and put a dab of filling in the center of each square. Fold the square into triangles, and fork the edges closed. Place on a flat pan and do not stack.
Cook meat pies in salted boiling water for 20 minutes.
For sauce, brown hamburger and seasoning, then add tomato paste and water and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Put cooked meat pies in serving platter and pour sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
