Homemade Ring Toss Game

After the 4th of July celebrations, we had some of those light up necklaces that light for a few hours and then expire. The next day, we used them to make a ring toss game using a small orange cone that we had in the garage. You could also fill a 2 liter bottle with water (so it doesn't tip) to be the target. Lots of fun for little ones with no extra funds spent for a toy!
