I make my own version of Shake and Bake that works for chicken or pork chops, or veggies, such as zucchinis or eggplant, and its virtually free.

Ingredients:
leftover bread crumbs
leftover dry cereal bits
leftover croutons
leftover pretzels or chips
Steps:
I save the bits and pieces of the leftover cereal that's in the bottom of the box, chips, pretzels, croutons, bread crumbs, or even crumble up the heels of a loaf of bread. I save all these in a 1/2 gallon jar.
Once the jar is full, dump contents into a large ziplock bag. Smash it to further crumble.
Dip your meat (pork chops or chicken), or eggplant or zucchini strips into either BBQ sauce or beaten egg/milk mixture, then into the crumbled mixture.
Fry or bake your meat or veggies as normal.
