Yes I have seen it but I could not find the Recipe. I am totally new to this and the link you gave it is too confusing i mean there is not clear recipe.

I don't think so. I believe they are more a potpourri that you put in open jars or dishes and set them around your house, like an air freshener.
Please be careful making these and burning these if you are using a candle to release the scent. I had a fire years ago from granules that used a tea light to release the smell. Had I not been close by, I shudder to think what would have happened. A pair of drapes was burned and the wall scorched in seconds before I could put it out. Thank G-d no one died.
