I accidentally bought a 2nd large bottle of cinnamon from Costco. I'm wondering if there are gifts I can make that use quite a bit of cinnamon. I'd like to give them to about 60 people. The only idea I came across is cinnamon ornaments, but I'm not excited about that idea.

You can google gifts in a jar. There are many cookie and muffin recipes. Look for those with the word cinnamon in the title
Unfortunately, those recipes only use about 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. A little cinnamon goes a long way. That is why I'll never be able to use 2 large bottles of cinnamon.
Costco is great for returning items. If you haven't opened the second one, I would just take it back.
I can only think of those cinnamon ornaments, which can turn out very nice. I hope you can find another use.
I love cinnamon in hot tea...so you could put together cute spoons with cinnamon on them wrapped in cellphone with a ribbon, and add a tea bag and put it all in a mug.
The other thing you could do is melt chocolate and cinnamon and cover the spoon, wrap in celphone and put these in a coffee mug with a pack of cocoa....
Those look like these:
I made almost identical spoons a few years ago as gifts and it was a great hit with the secretaries at work! One ate the chocolate off the spoon without even using the cocoa (a girl after my own heart!).
Thank you for the suggestion, but, that won't use much cinnamon at all. I think I may be out of luck with this thought.
It would use 60 spoons worth!
Or 120 spoons worth if you put 2 spoons in!
Or 180 spoons if you put 3!
Like the old shampoo commercial and so on and so on...(with the math multiplying) youtu.be/
Sorry...I am old and weird things hit my mind at weird times!
I would love to receive a cup or two of powdered cinnamon as a gift.
There are so many uses for cinnamon that a list would be almost endless.
Excellent for using in cooking, and so many uses for your health and skin.
I would suggest thinking of a way to place a cup or two in a container (or even a baggie) (Dollar Tree has all sorts of containers if you wish to go that route) and print out some of the ways to use this great spice.
You could print the information on some of that lovely note paper (I find it at thrift stores all the time) or maybe some pretty colored paper from Walmart.
Make different information like for a "cooker/baker" and another for a "make-up/shower type person". Be open to whatever pops into your mind.
Google uses for powdered cinnamon or narrow it to cooking with powdered cinnamon, etc and numerous sites will appear. Take your pick of what to read or print.
I like this site as I like adding cinnamon to different stews and such. You might even want to print a couple of recipes or print out the URL to some sites and let them check it out for themselves.

These are just my personal suggestions as I am a cinnamon lover (coffee, dessert, breakfast, scents, and on and on).
My recipe for Russian Tea: www.allrecipes.com/
I have made a great deal of it and used mini jars (2/1.00) at Dollar Tree. And if you were giving 60 people one each (or 2??) you might easily use up most of your cinnamon.
Another idea is to do this with bulk cinnamon. Some are sticks but not all. Hope these help!!
You could make cinnamon sachets.
Saches are great! Especially if you'll add something like anise and cloves in each little bag.
