Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into small pieces (about ½ inch)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in the skillet. Add the chicken and stir fry one side for 3-4 minutes.
- While it is cooking, mix the honey, soy sauce and garlic to make the sauce.
- Add the sauce to the pan. Stir the chicken so it is all covered, and cook until done, about another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice. You can add sesame seeds if you wish.
