My Hoover CleanJet is leaking water as soon as I fill it. Does anyone have advice on fixing it please?

Normally this has to do with the seal on the tank. I would make sure you have the tank on correctly and check the seal. I think you can remove the tank and try to fill it without it being on the machine. A lot of time one of the hoses is bad and has a small hole in it that causes this to leak.
Make sure everything is aligned where it closes, after putting in liquid. Make sure it is locked in place and not off centered.
You do not say how old your machine is but these gaskets do 'wear out' over time and have to be replaced. Also, hoses can get tiny/small holes that cause leaks (usually slower flow).
There are some videos on how to fix/repair but some may be a different model but sometimes the fix will work on any model.
I would suggest you start by emptying the water and filling your tank in the sink (if possible) so you can see if the tank itself is leaking.
If still leaking you might check out this video.
