I am 72 years old and really need help getting my house repaired. I live in Punta Gorda, Florida. I just moved back to my old house and cannot get homeowner's insurance until the repairs are made. Between Charley and Irma and damaged done by others I cannot afford to pay for the repairs. I only have my SS and a small retirement.
I have a broken window and kitchen door, I need drywall in the kitchen and bathroom, the master bath shower wall needs to be replaced as well as the outside wall, the bedroom doors have holes as well as do some house walls. I have a total room where the ceiling came down and the entire room is moldy and the outside wall was damaged by Irma. Thank you, sorry I have no pictures to add.

There are organizations that may be able to help but it seems you have a lot of areas needing repairs and even hurricane damage.
You can always seek help in your community, especially at local churches.
