My Maltese dog of 23 months is toilet trained. I have now got a 13wk teacup Maltese who is not, so I am having to train. My 23 month old Maltese is now starting to wee in the house also. How do I stop this and why is it happening?

There has been a major change in your household and the older dog is feeling it. You will have to treat both dogs as if they are not housebroken. Once the older dog gets used to the new routine, it will be back to normal.
