I've got a 3 year old Bull Mastiff and he's been house trained since I got him. He has recently been weeing inside right in front of me and my husband. He goes in and out all day. I don't know wrong with him.

There could very well be a physical cause for this problem. You will need to have him checked by a Vet. Also consider any changes your dog may find upsetting. Anyone moved in to your house, or has anyone moved out? Do you have any new pets? Do your neighbors have new pets that may be making him feel territorial? Is something outside making him feel threatened so he doesnt feel comfortable relieving himself? Has he been neutered? Dogs that are not neutered will act more territorial than those that are neutered. Has the level of tension increased in the house lately. Some animals are very disturbed by that. Has anyones schedule changed? Start with a Vet visit and good luck.
First off has there been any type of change in your home. A person moving out, someone moving in or has the dog's routine been changed in any way. You'll need to answer this first.
If the dog is only doing this at certain times of the day or night when the two of you are together, he is looking for your attention. Something has changed and he is peeing in front of you to get your attention. Did you stop walking him at night when winter came?
I would take him to the vet to rule out a urinary tract infection or other physical issue.
