Our 9 month old dog was rescued at age 4 months. She is dog door trained, yet sometimes poops and pees again inside, in 2 rooms which have been professionally enzyme cleaned. She stopped for about a month, but started again. She does it even when we're home. The rest of our home is unsoiled. Help! (Yes, have scheduled another cleaning.)

I do not know if you have her on a regular schedule(same times) walking her. Maybe a Vet can help on why or suggestions to improve!
We walk once in awhile, but play lots of fetch daily. She always has her doggie door, right in the family/dining room. This she uses 97% of the time. Why not 100%?
I just don't get it!! I have never lived without a dog, have had a doggie door for 25 years. Even the 12 foster dogs we've had with our own, did not do this....
Is it possible to close off these two room in your home and isolate the dog to a smaller living space in your home? If not then you will need to catch the dog in the act while they are pooping or peeing. At this time you can scold the dog and take the dog outside so they understand this is where they need to go.
