My Pit Bull puppy is exactly 3 months old. I take her out every hour and she pees and poops, but then five minutes after we come back in she pees and poops in the house. How do I stop this?

Be aware that you must follow ALL the rules. The main thing is that the dog never feels trapped or like he's being punished. And keep in mind it takes time - you have to work up to it slowly.
