Eight weeks is very young to expect training in a puppy. It is time to start training. It will take you a few months to have a trained dog. You will need to work with your dog every day. Look at this site and on the internet for a training method you feel you can do. Begin your training and keep after it.
The hardest part of puppy training is patience. If you lose your temper with you dog you will set your training back. If you can stay positive at all times you will have you dog trained much faster. good luck.
