It's at least 20 years old from what I know and my mother got it as a present in Poland. It doesn't have any company name on it, but it does have symbols carved into its neck that look like DO46B-1 or D046B-I. I'm not sure if it's an O or a 0 or a 1 or an I. I already tried typing it into search engines for doll collections, but nothing came up.

I have searched all the doll reference sites, looked up dolls made in Poland and I can't find any reference on this mark at all. I have even searched dolls from 1970+ and there doesn't seem to be any doll maker at all that uses these symbols.
I think the only way you'll be able to identify this doll is through an auction house. At auction houses they have a doll specialist there that would be able to help you and give you a bit more information than I can find online. I'm so sorry, but there isn't much about this doll at all and about the doll maker.
You can go to a doll dealer and get his or her opinion. They may charge a small fee.
I found a new site that you can go on and fill out your dolls features, numbers etc. You can share pictures and they will help identify the doll. Here is a link:

Check inside the doll's clothes for tags as well. You need to find out who manufactured the doll. The site I gave you will help.
You can also go on E-Bay and search off and on for your doll.
