I have eyeglasses that I had tinted about 1 year ago. The tint has started disappearing. Does anyone know what I can do to remove this tint and take them back to regular sunglasses? They have glass lenses.

In my experience, the tint does fade over time. You can have them dyed darker to serve as sunglasses, but that will fade, too, over several years. Ask about doing this at any eyeglass store. (06/26/2010)

Swiped my mouth with a alcohol wipe and the edges dragged over my lenses--causing removal of the Tint. Called my OP and unknown to me---it had a Warranty. Worth a shot calling where you got them and seeing what they have to say.
