Some think it is best to wait 6 to 7 weeks, so you don't damage your hair.
You dyed your hair 3 weeks ago and if you'd like to dye it again it should be fine. However, if you can wait one more week it would be better for your hair.
You can but try to get a trim and a deep conditioning afterwards. Ideal is 6 weeks between.
It is usually recommended to wait about 6 weeks. Did you have dark hair before? Are the roots dark at the part?
Have you thought of just putting streaks in with a lighter color? That is very popular right now and if it does damage your hair, then it will not have damaged the whole head.

It is best to wait four weeks in between bleaching . Condtion your hair. I would put conditioner into my hair into your leave on over night.So
