I colored my hair the beginning of December. Since I dyed it it's pretty much has washed out a lot. Is it safe for me to dye it again now? I'm going with the same color I did in December which is a deep burgundy.

This sounds like more of a hair rinse color than an actual dye. It has been over 6 weeks since you've dyed your hair. It is safe to do it again.
