I am the second oldest out of 6 kids. My older sister has shaved her legs, but I don't know if she asked or if my mom offered, but we don't talk about puberty because she is judgmental. My mom almost has no time to talk one on one with me. I'm considering writing a letter, but idk. Help me. Idk if I have to ask my mom or if she is going to offer it.

Do whichever would make you feel most comfortable asking your mother for permission. Or just letting her know you feel at the age you would like to shave your legs because you're in your puberty stages.
It could be in form of a letter to speak to her verbally~ as long as you're comfortable. :)
You are better off speaking face to face. The fact that your older sister is shaving already is in your favor. Tell her the unwanted hair is annoying and embarrassing.
