How to Make Peeps Racers

Peeps Racers - two race car bunnies This is a cute edible craft for all ages using Peeps bunnies and Twinkies. You can decorate your cars however you like, I went with a bit of a classic race car look. To make this 100% edible, replace the toothpicks with thin pretzel rods.

Total Time: 30 minutes

Supplies:

Twinkies
small serrated knife
medium marshmallows
scissors
toothpicks
Peeps bunnies
chocolate covered pretzels

Steps:

To make the carseat, make 2 vertical cuts into the Twinkie about 2/3 of the way down.

Cut horizontally across the 2 cuts and lift out center to make the seat.

To make wheels, cut the marshmallows in half with your scissors.

Poke 1 toothpick through the back of the Twinkie, and 1 through the front.

Place the marshmallow wheels onto the toothpicks. Put the bunny in the carseat, then place a chocolate covered pretzel in front of it as its steering wheel.
