How do you get the stain of 5 years worth of nicotine off of a vinyl floor? I have tried baking soda and white vinegar, as well as ammonia, and neither worked. I also tried bleach.

Materials:
5 Gallon bucket
1 Gallon water
1/3 Cup powdered laundry detergent
2/3 Cup powdered all purpose cleaner
1 Soft bristled scrub brush
Step 1
Mix the water, laundry detergent and all purpose cleaner in your five-gallon bucket.
Step 2
Dip the scrub brush into the bucket and start scrubbing the vinyl flooring. You will need to scrub vigorously until you have removed the stain or the yellowing.
Step 3
Rinse the flooring with water. With vinyl flooring, one of the best cleaning agents is the sun. After cleaning your floor, expose the floor to plenty of sunlight. The sunlight will lighten the stain and turn your floor back to its natural color.
Step 4
Repeat this process daily until you achieve the results you want.
My grand daughter used some Totally Awesome Cleaner that she got from Dollar General. It cleaned all the nicotine off the walls of the house she lived in that belonged to her aunt. It not only cleaned the nicotine off, it killed the smell, too.
