I pressure canned green beans when the pressure built up I timed from that point on, but didn't wait till it began to jiggle. All the jars sealed, but what should I do? Remove lids and reprocess?

If you just did it yes. But if it was several days ago, I would discard.
I it was only about 24 hrs so I removed the lids and repressured cooked them to the allotted
time .
Looks like a lot of work gone down the tube! Sorry but I also believe you should discard them. Too dangerous to take a chance as botulism is very dangerous and usually difficult to detect.
I had done these on a Monday and Tuesday evening I realized I hadn't processed them long enough so I removed all seals and replaced them and this time processed them the correct time.
I would discard. You can get very sick from improperly canned food.
If you haven't done anything by now, I would throw them out.
