Ingredients:
- 2 cups ice cream
- 1.5 cup bread flour
- 1 cooking spray
Steps:
- Melt 2 cups ice cream of your choice. Mine was Alaskan Moose Tracks so every now and then I got a yummy peanut butter taste!
- Add 1.5 cups bread flour. Mix in bowl with spoon. Spray the muffin tin.
- Pour into the tin cups and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Let cool and they pop right out. Enjoy!
