Ice Cream Soda Recipes

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (softened)
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2-3 drops red food coloring (opt.)

• 1 cup ginger ale (chilled)

Directions:

In a blender container, combine the first 5 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Add ginger ale and serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings
