It's my daughter's 12th birthday in December and I need birthday ideas. I have to take into consideration that we invite the cousins who range in age from 1 to 13. There will be boys and girls and that it will be cold.

Any activity like bowling or skating will be fine. Both activities have modifications for the younger kids.
Because it will be cold and you have such a wide range of ages, it'd be nice to have an indoor crafts party followed by food and cake. You can have crafts for toddlers, kids, and tweens so no one feels left out but they're all doing the same type of activity, all while being safe and warm indoors.
