I am going to be completely remodeling my kitchen (new flooring, walls, ceiling, and cabinets). What is the best order to do this in? I want to make this as easy as possible since I won't be hiring a contractor.

When we had our kitchen done, cabinets and appliances were taken out first. The floor was redone, the cabinets put in and then the appliances. If electrical work is being done, do it before you put cabinets in.
Our house is very old so we had to have a contractor in 2017. He took the appliances out and moved them to the dining room. Fridge worked, but it was storage for the stove. We kept the existing floor because it was from 1999 and in good shape. When that was done, they had to tear it back to the sub floor and redo the sub, wood framing, then laid the tile and grouted.
The 2017 process included tearing out drop ceiling, rewired for pot lights, tore out old sink and cabinets, plugged off sink plumbing (gas was plugged off when stove was moved). Electricity had to be shut off for rewire.
Then new ceiling was installed (drywall).
Cabinets were hung, sink installed, counters installed. Painting, then rehooked appliances. It took 9 weeks. It is gorgeous, but it better last the rest of my life because it is a challenging and exhausting process.
Best wishes on your project! Post back photos!!
