So I am turning 14 in a month and I have no idea what to do! I am only inviting 3 girls; 4 counting me. I really don't know what to do. It has to be not so expensive because we have graduation for my sister and all that. Any ideas help.

Have a spa party at home. Have pizza and a rented movie.
Have a pajama party, and as you and friends are turning 14 it might be a good idea to learn how to put on make-up correctly, and try several color of nail-polish , do different styles of hair, be girls in general. And be sure and have some snacks and some thing to drink.
just 4 girls is a fun time on a low budget
you can either opt to stay at home which means movies, pizza, other food, or have a cooking party if y'all are into that, or play games
you can go outside the home which would mean go to a movie, a museum, a coffeeshop with open mic or a karaoke place
