• First start by thanking your company for employee of the month or being recognized as a good employee.
• Say I am so grateful to be the recipient of this award.

• Show appreciation to ones gave you the reward talk about the great work your company does and how you enjoy being able to work with them.
• Tell a funny story about something to do with your work.
• Thank people who helped you at work.
• End by thanking them for the award again.

Congratulations on receiving employee of the month! Your speech can be very simple and short.

Do you know how employee of the month is selected? From employees electing an employee of the month, manager selects or whom. Then thank that person , or persons for selecting you as employee of the month and its an honor to receive this award (as well as it being your first award) And this award makes you motivated to continue your hard work.
