My neighbor has this doll and I see the search results for Yolanda Bello but can't find the specific doll to help her price it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yolanda Bello has been sculpting dolls and figurines since 1970. Her porcelain dolls are known for their lifelike expression. The company she founded, Bello Creations, produced her more expensive limited edition studio pieces but she also designed dolls which were produced in mass editions, for example for Ashton-Drake. Most of her doll are children and babies with wonderful expressions.
The name of this boy doll is Cory. He is from the Petting Zoo collection designed by artist Yolanda Bello and produced by Ashton-Drake Galleries. This edition ended in 1998 (molds are broken). He is approximately 10" tall.

I would like to find out who the creator of this doll is and if it has any value. I could only find a number on the head.
The clothing has metal snaps, so I presume it's not as old as I thought.
The head of the doll and the number on the head is from a mold or doll kit. They normally identify the molds or heads from the kits with numbers like this one. If the doll clothes have metal snaps on them I would say a person has made this doll either in a doll class or at home from a kit. I do not think you will find out much about this doll unless you run across another doll kit that has the same head and instructions for making the doll at home.
Double check your doll against the numerous photos on line. I believe this is Yolanda's Picture Perfect Babies by Edwin M. Knowles. I think the doll is from 1998. I haven't seen one sell lately. People ask between $5 and $25. The higher amount would be pristine in the box with all the original paperwork.

This is a really cute doll but there must have been a very high number made as she is so plentiful it looks like you could buy her for $5 plus shipping or I see several less that $10 and free shipping which of course means the seller is 'paying' to sell their doll.
These are located on so many sites that it would be rather dumb to even try to list her for sale. No insult meant but I think you could probably receive more 'cash' if you could sell her at a yard sale.
Just on eBay site there are 118 of this doll listed for sale with asking prices ranging from $5 to $50 and each doll will most likely be a little different - New in box - used -etc but each seller is trying to sell their doll for whatever they feel is right for them.
Not many will ever sell. Asking prices are just a price a seller would like to receive for their item as only a sold price will show 'current value' of an exact same item.

I have an Asian bean bag baby by Yolanda Bello. Number on his neck 3888FA. He is approx. 9 inches, wearing a green onesie, bald, tongue partially sticking out of soft smile; left hand clenched shut, right hand fingers spread wide open. Stubby toes, tiny ears, undershirt not removable; snaps shut the onesie inside with little clear buttons seen on the outside.
I can't seem to get the photos to load. I would really just like to know the year and place of his birth, if/when/where he was sold in stores and his name, please.

The Yolanda Bello dolls are mostly made by Ashton Drake Galleries and the babies were made in a lot of sizes, shapes and cultures.
Although there are a large number of similar dolls listed for sale, I did not find one that resembles your description.
It looks like many sellers are not placing 'bean bag' in their description so that is also a problem and the few that did state bean bag appear to be 12" and you show yours as 9".
If there was a picture it's possible your doll could be located but there are too many of this type of doll online to sort through without knowing what he looks like.
You provide a good description but with just that information, I did not find anything on your doll.
However, I believe you would have to find your doll still in the box to be able to provide answers to all of your questions as most dolls are used and that type of information is usually lost.
Since you have the doll you may have better luck with a search.
