I would send the pictures to your local cooperative extension center if no one can identify it here

Looks like some sort of a more. splinters are probably eggs laid in a hard coating for protection. I would get a dermatology appt.

Take all your info. If there is a dermatology practice with telemad..that could work out well for I'd and treatment.

Tinea pellionella looks like lint.

Green lacewing debris-carrying larvae cover themselves with bits of litter, perhaps to deter predators such as lady beetles. The debris varies, including bits of lichen and vegetation, leaf trichomes (hairs), pappus (fluff) from seeds, bits of insects. They look like bits of lint on a leaf walking around.

Maybe this is carpet beetle larvae www.allaboutworms.com/striped-brown-worm-like-creature...
Carpet beetle larvae do possess small, hair-like bristles on their skin and these bristles may cause an allergic reaction if they come into contact with the skin.

looks like we have somethings in common. i"m still fighting making headway. what i started out with (after 5yrs ) is bird mites, mine happen to be chicken mites you don't see them and the sores i have don't heal for long time. and i have had the lint balls or what ever you call thm you have to rid your house apt etc of them. and your vehicle any thing else you are around. clean clean clean. when you vacum put that bag in a bag and get it gone! believe me i know.what happens if you don't .

wash clothes in hot water and put some borax in too. vinegar and rub alcohol you can mix or not. wipe stuff off with it . pyrethrins and permethrin are two mite killers but they be last chance. neem oil is a good one works for me.and my sanity saver has been ivermectin 1.87% horse dewormer and parasite killer, that helps the sores heal up. if you catch them early be for it's a big infestation you can stop them. good luck. keep me posted
